Dr. Riungu Festus Kinyua, PhD, Mkim

Dr. Riungu Festus Kinyua is an experienced strategic management and leadership consultant, executive trainer, educator and researcher with over three decades of experience in education administration, management, higher education, research and professional training. He holds a PhD in Strategic Management and an MBA in Strategic Management and Human Resource Management from Kenya Methodist University. His career spans senior institutional leadership, university teaching, TVET education, research and executive consultancy. He has trained executives and professionals across Africa in areas including strategic leadership, strategic management, corporate governance, risk management, negotiation, decision-making, strategic planning, organisational performance and professional development. His international training engagements have included participants from Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Malawi, Rwanda and South Sudan. As an academic and researcher, Dr. Riungu has taught at several universities, supervised postgraduate research and participated in international research conferences as a presenter, session chair and reviewer.
