Mr Fredrick Mito Ogodo

Fredrick Mito Ogodo is an experienced higher education administrator, lecturer, trainer, leadership and management professional, and consultant with more than 30 years of experience in university administration, teaching, leadership, business management, sales and marketing, and professional consultancy. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a degree in Business Administration and Management, complemented by professional qualifications in Transformational Leadership, Leadership and Management, and Sales and Marketing. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management, further developing his expertise in people management, organizational development, leadership, and institutional effectiveness. Fredrick spent 23 years at Daystar University, where he served in various administrative capacities, including Administration Manager, gaining extensive experience in institutional administration, operations, staff coordination, policy implementation, and organizational management. He subsequently spent 10 years at The East African University as a Lecturer, contributing to teaching, academic development, mentorship, and management education. As a consultant and trainer, Fredrick brings together practical administrative experience and academic knowledge to help organizations strengthen leadership, develop human capital, improve organizational effectiveness, and translate strategic objectives into practical results.
